Can your device process MOTO (manual transactions)?

Yes. To process a MOTO transaction, select the MOTO preference when you apply and we’ll have it set up on your device (pending approval).

If you decide after application that you’d like the MOTO option simply contact us at support@liveeftpos.com.au or 1300 780 788.

Once enabled: from the main screen press “More”, “MOTO” and then follow prompts.

It's important to be aware that MOTO transactions pose an increased risk of charge-backs and fraudulent activity for merchants. See a list of common “red flags” you should watch out for and ways you can minimise your risk. We recommend having the card holder complete an authorisation form prior to processing a MOTO transaction. It's a good idea to keep all order/transaction records.
