My device isn't working

We recommend doing a settlement and switching off your terminal every day. This helps the terminal to operate at its full potential.

However many issues can be resolved simply by restarting your machine. If you require further assistance call 1300 780 788 within business hours: (9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday) or email support@liveeftpos.com.au after hours. We require your name, business name and terminal ID and a brief description of your query. We’ll contact you the following business day.

Access your online user guide here. If you’d rather have a hard copy it should have been provided to you in your welcome pack. If not, please call 1300 780 788 with your terminal ID and we’ll have one posted out to you. Also you can print tips and tricks directly from the terminal!
