Why have my payments not been received?

If you are a Live eftpos customers who have chosen auto settlement, your transactions will automatically be settled at 5:45pm (your local time) each day.

Auto settlements require your device to be switched ON and have sufficient battery power to complete the settlement. This process will take roughly a minute.

If you’ve chosen manual settlement, you can do this at any time of the day as many times as you like.
