If you are experiencing connectivity issues, please attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
Press Menu > Term > Support >
Enter Password: 767833
Press Enter > Press Tools > Press Ping > Press 3
Once the device returns to the screen with the three options, please restart the device.
Open the back cover with a coin or flat-head screwdriver
Disconnect the battery cable
Allow the device to rest for 1 minute
Plug the battery back in. Ensure that the battery has clicked in.
Power up your device
