What can I do if my terminal is frozen?

An EFTPOS terminal is just like a computer or phone, on occasion they can lock up.

You can prevent this is by turning the terminal off when you're not using it, or by restarting it every day or at least every couple of days.

Turn off your device by unplugging it from a power source and holding down the red button for approximately 10 seconds or until it turns off. Wait 30 seconds. Plug it back into power source or hold down Green button for approx 10 seconds
