My device is frozen

An EFTPOS device is just like a computer or a phone. Sometimes they just freeze up! A good way to prevent this is by turning the device off when not in use, restarting it every day, or at least every couple of days.

Solution: Reset the device

  • Disconnect the device from the charger
  • Hold down the red button until the device switches off
  • Wait 10 seconds
  • Hold down the green button to switch the device back on

The device will now switch back on and will be working again.
