If your device does not have American Express activated, you will need to process a quick update to get it working.
- Press Menu
- Press Term
- Press Support
- Enter password 767833 and press Enter
- Press EFTPOS (Westpac logo) second from the left.
- The device will ask for a function number, type 92 and press Enter.
- The device will ask “tms config download required”. Press Yes.
When the download is finished, the device will restart and Amex will be active.
