  • Remove device from the base, and disconnect all cables from the base
  • Reboot device (#99, then Yes), then reconnect all cables and place the device back on the base
  • Check for any breakages in cabling and check the power cable is correctly plugged into the wall socket
  • Attempt to plug power into a different wall socket
  • Check that the bases’ micro USB port is not damaged
  • If the micro USB port is damaged, a swap out for the base will need to be processed
