To process a Zip transaction on your Live eftpos device, follow the instructions below:

  1. From the main screen on your device, select 'Zip'.
  2. Enter the transaction amount.
  3. Enter your instore code, then press the green 'enter' key.
  4. Press 'YES' to confirm.
  5. 'Approved' shows that the transaction is successful.
  6. Select 'SMS' to send an SMS receipt, select 'Print' to print a receipt, or select 'NO' for no receipt.
