To process a Zip transaction on your Live eftpos device, follow the instructions below:
- From the main screen on your device, select 'Zip'.
- Enter the transaction amount.
- Enter your instore code, then press the green 'enter' key.
- Press 'YES' to confirm.
- 'Approved' shows that the transaction is successful.
- Select 'SMS' to send an SMS receipt, select 'Print' to print a receipt, or select 'NO' for no receipt.
