Key dates and deadlines

  • May 16th: Kick off Beta Tests.

  • June 2nd-3rd: end of Beta Tests.

    • Around this time, we will reach out to chat with you about your overall experience.

    • After this date you will be able to continue using your new Virtual Terminal.

  • June 30th: LPay will be officially decommissioned.

    • If you stumble across any minor issues / observations / requests and they are not ‘showstoppers’:

      • please take screenshots and share them to betasupport@liveeftpos.com.au at your leisure.

      • How to take a screenshot on a:

        • Mac: Command + Shift + 4.

        • PC: PrtScn Button.

    • For larger issues / showstoppers:

      • Feel free to call Alexander directly.

      • As a backup, you will be able to continue using the existing LPay platform in the interim.

1. How do I process a transaction?

  • Soon, you will be able to configure your surcharges from within Settings > Surcharges > Virtual Terminal.

  • Throughout the Beta tests, you will need to contact your Relationship Manager directly to configure this.

4. How can I email Receipts?



  • Throughout the Beta, you will only be able to do this from within the Virtual Terminal Interface.

  • Soon, you will be able to email a receipt from any transaction within the ‘Transactions’ interface.

6. How can I view my transactions?

In your ‘Transactions’ tab, you will notice you have two tabs:

  1. ‘Recent VT Transactions’ - These are transactions you have placed within the past 8 hours. 

  2. ‘All Other Transactions’ - These are the other transactions you’ve made outside of this.

7. How can I process a refund?

  • Soon, you will be able to process refunds from within the ‘Transactions’ Interface of the portal.

  • Throughout the Beta, you can reach out to your Relationship Manager/ Contact to handle these.
